Charging process

For charging the rechargeable batteries, you can choose between 3 different charging modes. Press on the MODE button (3) to switch between the following charging modes:

  • Standard charging mode
  • Power Boost charging mode
  • Long Life charging mode

The rechargeable battery is fully charged. This charging mode is preset on the charger. The MODE button (3) will not light up. The standard charging mode provides a combination of fast charging time and full battery charge.

In this mode, rechargeable batteries with the fastest charging speed are completely charged. Take the charging times with Power Boost from the table: see Charging times

The MODE button (3) lights up red when the rapid charging mode is enabled.

The rechargeable battery is fully charged. This mode charges the battery more slowly, protecting the battery and thereby significantly prolonging its service life.

The MODE button (3) lights up green during charging.
